DELIVERY & RETURNS
If your item is in stock and you order before 11AM we will despatch your order on the same day, with expected delivery the following day.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
All beer orders are sent by UK Mail who will be in touch by text to confirm the delivery date and time, and give you the option to reschedule delivery if required.
Postage to England and Wales is charged at a flat rate of £8 per box of up to 12 bottles. Each extra box is charged at £5.
Postage to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £10 per box of up to 12 bottles. Each extra box is charged at £7.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed on Thursday afternoon or Friday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of a bank holiday.
ALL OTHER ORDERS
Clothing is sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5 within the UK & Northern Ireland. Delivery is within 48 hours but usually next day.
For shipping overseas and to areas outside UK mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight), please email or call 07590 749 062.
Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please return goods with the returns form included in your original order. Remember to tick the box indicating whether it is a return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return in the space provided. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, unless there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us on or by calling 07590 749 062 before arranging the return if this is the case.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they arrive back at Wriggly Monkey HQ. Always get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.
