DELIVERY & RETURNS
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect service is available from Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-22:30, Saturday 12:00-21:00 and Sunday 12:00-18:00. All click and collect orders shall be packaged on the same day of ordering. For all Bag-In-Box collections, if you do not wish to collect the same day of order, please state in the order notes.
You shall be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We now offer free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of the brewery for orders over £20. Delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders under the minimum spend within a 15-mile radius of the brewery, will be charged £4.00.
We promise to deliver within three days of the order date, but it is often quicker – if you’re on a deadline please email or call to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We guarantee any orders placed for local delivery by 12 noon on Thursdays, will arrive the following day so you will have your beer ready for the weekend!
NATIONAL DELIVERY
If your item is in stock and you order before midnight we will dispatch your order on the next day, with expected delivery the following day.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
BEER ORDERS
All beer orders are sent by APC Overnight, who will be in touch by text to confirm the delivery date, time and give you the option to reschedule delivery if required.
Postage to England and Wales is charged at a flat rate of £6.00, with orders over £65 being sent free of charge.
Postage to Scotland and Northern Ireland is possible, however, please get in touch for details and pricing.
If you are ordering a Bag-In-Box or bright barrels, please specify in the notes when you would like it to be for, so it can be as fresh as possible. We need 12 hours notice for Bag-In-Box and minimum 48 hours notice for barrels.

When ordering a barrel, we will require a deposit which will be refunded when all equipment has been returned.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of a bank holiday.
NON-BEER ORDERS
Clothing is sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5 within the UK & Northern Ireland. Delivery is within 48 hours but usually next day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For shipping overseas and to areas outside UK mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight), please email or call 01869 246599.
RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please return goods with the returns form included in your original order. Remember to tick the box indicating whether it is a return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return in the space provided. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have dispatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, unless there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us on or by calling 01869 246599 before arranging the return if this is the case.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they arrive back at Wriggly Monkey HQ. Always get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.
