SALE OF ALCOHOL
Under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase, alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18. The Wriggly Monkey Brewery is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. In accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree to act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003. You must, therefore, be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol from this site and you must be able to supply proof of age on request.
MAKING A PURCHASE
We hope you find our web shop easy to use. Simply browse the shop, add any products you wish to buy to the shopping cart and then press ‘checkout’. You will be required to provide some details in order to complete your purchase.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and also via PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
We must receive full payment before we can accept your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please return goods with the returns form included in your original order. Remember to tick the box indicating whether it is a return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return in the space provided. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, unless there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us on or by calling 01869 246599 before arranging the return if this is the case.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they arrive back at Wriggly Monkey HQ. Always get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
